PRODUCTION INFORMATION

1. 100% Satisfaction Guarantee: All gifts are packed and handled with great care to ensure perfect arrival. If you or your recipients are not completely satisfied with any item, please contact our customer service department within 5 days and we will replace it or issue a credit or refund.
2. Order Processing: All sample requests, standard and custom orders require Purchase Orders. Any changes from original request require a new purchase order.
3. Purchase Order Acknowledgement: Requests for returns must be made within 5 days of receipt. Any damaged product will be replaced immediately, with company pre-authorization.

 

TERMS

1. Gifted Expressions accepts American Express, Mastercard, and Visa. Corporate billing accounts are also available upon credit approval. First-time orders require pre-payment. Custom orders require 50% deposit with balance paid upon shipment of order. Orders totaling less than $150, require a charge card payment.

 

PRODUCTION TIME

1. Standard Orders: 5-7 working days from receipt of complete order. 2-Day Express Service is available for an additional charge.
2. Singles: Orders received by 12 noon EST ship same day. Charge Card payment required.
3. Sample Requests: Processed and shipped within 48 hours. Sample charges are EQP. Charge card payment required.
4. Custom Orders: Minimum: 24 pieces. Custom orders require a 50% deposit upon confirmation of purchase order; balance of payment due upon shipment of order.
5. Custom Order Spec Samples: Processed and shipped within 72 hours. Spec charges are EQP plus $20 (V). Charge card payment required.
6. Less Than Minimum Quantities: Not available Nov. 1 - Dec. 31. Cost per item is $20 (V). Certain items not available at less than minimum quantities.
7. Combined Quantity Pricing: Not applicable.
8. Substitutions: Some components in our gourmet designs may need to be substituted due to unavailability of the product. Items replaced will be similar and of equal or greater value. From May through September, chocolates will be substituted with other confections to ensure arrival in perfect condition.
