SHIPPING & HANDLING INFORMATION
- Methods: Ground, overnight, 2-day and 3-day service available.
- Address: Complete address must contain name, street address, apartment or suite numbers, city, state and correct zip code. UPS and Federal Express will not deliver to P.O. boxes and will not accept addresses without correct zip code. The cost to correct zip codes is $5.00 (V) per package. Gifted Expressions cannot be responsible for lost or delayed packages caused by insufficient addresses. Credit is not provided for gourmet gifts that are returned because of inadequate or inaccurate information. These gifts will be donated.
- Individual Drop Shipping: It is our pleasure to individually drop ship to each recipient. The cost for this service is $4.00 (V) per address plus shipping charges, for shipment via UPS and FedEx. For smaller gifts under $25, individual drop ship charges are $3.25 (V). Shipping via U.S. Postal Service is not available. These charges are in addition to standard residential charges.
- Third Party Shipping: No additional surcharge applied for third party shipping accounts. Please Note: Must supply company name, address and phone number assigned to third party corporate account, in order to process shipment.
- Bulk Shipments: For multiple units shipped to one location, the bulk pack out fee per carton is $7.95 (V). Oversized cartons: $9.95(V). Standard shipping charges apply. For multiple bulk drop shipments with various ship to locations, there will be an order processing fee of $5.00 (V) per location.
- Trucking/Freight Charges: Quotes require 24 hour notice. Per Pallet charge: $40(V).
- Bills of Lading: For shipments via carriers that require a bill of lading or airbills, Gifted Expressions will prepare bills at $6.95 (V) each.
- Custom Carton Markings/Labeling or Special Packing Lists: $3.00 (V) per carton.
- C.O.D. Shipments: Not available.
- Foreign Shipments: Because of various customs restrictions for food and spa related products, we are unable to ship to international addresses, APO or FPO addresses or U.S. territories.
- Shipping Weights: Shipping weights are determined by total weight of parcels. Oversized packages will have approximate dimensions and weights calculated.
- Shipping Dates: Please indicate desired ship date and allow for sufficient transit time from Connecticut.
- Split Shipments (multiple ship dates): Separate Excel file is necessary.
- Returns: Due to carrier surcharges for returned gifts, shipping and handling charges will apply for all returned gifts due to non-delivery. A return fee will be charged back to distributor based on UPS/FedEx rates.
ADDRESSES
Please verify all addresses for accuracy. We cannot deliver to addresses with incorrect zip codes. It is our pleasure to guarantee our gifts, but we cannot guarantee shipments lost, returned or spoiled because of inaccurate or incomplete shipping information. Reshipping will incur the original shipping charge.
CORRECT FORMAT FOR ELECTRONIC MAILING LISTS
General Requirements
- Click here to download a preformatted Excel spreadsheet. Excel template provided by Gifted Expressions must be used. Other spreadsheets cannot be accepted.
- Please provide only one shipping list per order.
- All lists that are not formatted correctly cannot be processed and will be returned for correction.
Either Name or Company may be blank, but not both. Address 2 may be blank. If the item is not the same for all addresses, the “Item” field must be included. If the quantity per address varies, the “Quantity” field must be included. If the gift is being sent to an individual within a company, Gifted Expressions cannot guarantee delivery unless the company name is included. Lists containing more than one recipient per address will be treated as a single order. If your intention is to have the same gift sent to multiple people, please list their names and addresses separately.
