• 100% Satisfaction Guarantee: All gifts are packed and handled with great care to ensure perfect arrival. If you or your recipients are not completely satisfied with any item, please contact our customer service department within 5 days and we will replace it or issue a credit or refund.
• Order Processing: Gifted Expressions products are available from promotional products and business gift distributors. To find a distributor, you can do an online search using the key words "Gifted Expressions" and you will find many of our distributors.
• Purchase Order Acknowledgement: All purchase orders will be confirmed via email. For fax orders, please provide email address and phone number.
• Standard Orders: 5-7 working days from receipt of complete order. A complete order includes purchase order, artwork, proof approvals, gift cards, shipping instructions and credit approval. Rush Service is available for an additional charge.
• Singles: Orders received by 12:00 pm EST ship same day.
• Sample Requests: Samples are processed and shipped within 2 to 3 business days. Samples that include decoration may require a longer lead time. Sample charges are EQP. Charge card payment required.
• Less Than Minimum Quantities: Not available Oct. 15 - Dec. 31. Additional cost per each piece that is less than minimum is $25 (V). Certain items not available at less than minimum quantities.
• Combined Quantity Pricing: Not applicable.
Custom Orders
• Custom Orders: Minimum: 72 pieces for most products. Custom orders require a 50% deposit upon confirmation of purchase order, balance of payment due upon shipment of order.
• Custom Order Spec Samples: Most products are processed and shipped within 3 business days or receipt of purchase order. Spec charges are EQP plus $20 (V). Charge card payment required.
Changes to Orders
• Changes to orders already in production will result in delayed shipment. The charge for changing an order that is in production is $40.00 (V) plus the cost of any work that must be redone. This includes changes in quantity, ship method, ship date, address, item or imprint.
• No changes to orders can be made within 48 hours of shipment.
• Additions to orders in production require a new purchase order and standard production time will apply. Pricing from the original order will be honored.
Terms
Gifted Expressions accepts American Express, MasterCard, and Visa. Corporate billing accounts are also available upon credit approval. First-time orders require pre-payment. Custom orders require 50% deposit with balance paid upon shipment of order. Orders totaling less than $150, require a charge card payment.
