• Addresses: Complete address must contain name, street address, apartment or suite numbers, city, state and correct zip code. We do not ship to PO Boxes. The cost to correct zip codes is $5.00 (V) per package. Gifted Expressions cannot be responsible for lost or delayed packages caused by insufficient addresses.

• Individual Drop Shipping: It is our pleasure to individually drop ship to each recipient. The cost for this service is $4.00 (V) per unit/per address plus shipping charges, for shipment via UPS and FedEx. For smaller gifts under $25, individual drop ship charges are $3.25 (V). Shipping via U.S. Postal Service is not available. These charges are in addition to standard residential charges.

• Third Party Shipping: It is our pleasure to ship third party with your shipper number. The cost is $4.00 (V) per address plus standard shipping charges, for shipment via UPS and FedEx. For smaller gifts under $25, individual drop ship charges are $3.25 (V). We do not ship to PO Boxes or vis USPS. For multiple units shipped to one location, the bulk pack out fee per carton is $7.95 (X). Oversize cartons: $9.95 (X).

• Bulk Shipments: For multiple units shipped to one location, the bulk pack out fee per carton is $7.95 (X). Oversize cartons: $9.95 (X). Standard shipping charges apply.

• Bulk Shipments to Multiple Locations: This applies to bulk shipments to 2 or more locations. There will be a fee of $6.95 (X) applied to each additional bulk ship to location.

• Trucking/Freight Charges: Per pallet charge: $40 (V). Please allow 24 hours for quotation.

• Bills of Lading: For shipments via carriers that require a bill of lading or airbills, Gifted Expressions will prepare bills at $6.95 (X) each.

• Custom Carton Markings/Labeling or Special Packing Lists: $3.00 (X) per carton.

• C.O.D. Shipments: Not available.

• Foreign Shipments: Canada shipping is available with the use of your third party shipper account only. There will be a Bill of Lading charge of $3.95 (V) per address. Due to various customs restrictions for food and spa related products; we are unable to ship to international addresses, APO or FPO addresses or U.S. territories.

• Shipping Weights: Shipping weights are determined by total weight of parcels. Oversized packages will have approximate dimensions and weights calculated.

• Shipping Dates for 'Standard' Products: Please indicate desired ship date and allow for sufficient transit time from Connecticut. During the holidays please contact us for current delivery schedules.

• Split Shipments with Multiple Ship Dates: $10.00 (U) per shipment (separate excel file is required).

• *Returns: Due to health and safety concerns our gourmet food and spa products, products are not returnable. We cannot guarantee shipments lost, returned or spoiled due to inaccurate or incomplete shipping information. Due to carrier surcharges for returned packages, there will be a $10.00 (V) return fee, in addition to the original shipping and handling charges, any gift returned to Gifted Expressions due to an incomplete or incorrect address, zip code or refused delivery. Credit is not provided for gourmet food or spa gifts. Please note that all gifts ordered for the December holidays and returned due to shipping challenges, will not be reshipped until January.

ADDRESSES

Please verify all addresses for accuracy. We cannot deliver to addresses with incorrect zip codes. It is our pleasure to guarantee our gifts, but we cannot guarantee shipments lost, returned or spoiled because of inaccurate or incomplete shipping information. Reshipping will incur the original shipping charge.

CORRECT FORMAT FOR ELECTRONIC MAILING LISTS

General Requirements

1. Click here to download a preformatted Excel spreadsheet. Excel template provided by Gifted Expressions must be used. Other spreadsheets cannot be accepted.

2. Please provide only one shipping list per order.

3. All lists that are not formatted correctly cannot be processed and will be returned for correction.

Either Name or Company may be blank, but not both. Address 2 may be blank. If the item is not the same for all addresses, the “Item” field must be included. If the quantity per address varies, the “Quantity” field must be included. If the gift is being sent to an individual within a company, Gifted Expressions cannot guarantee delivery unless the company name is included. Lists containing more than one recipient per address will be treated as a single order. If your intention is to have the same gift sent to multiple people, please list their names and addresses separately.
